Anti-corruption Charter of Russian business

The anti-corruption charter of the Russian business is a joint initiative of the Russian business community to formulate a system of measures to counter corruption in the commercial sector, signed on September 20, 2012 by the four largest business unions of Russia:
1.   The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
2.   Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation
3.   All-Russian public organization of small and medium-sized businesses "OPORA RUSSIA"
4.   All-Russian public organization "Business Russia".

The purpose of the Charter is to actively promote the voluntary implementation of special anti-corruption programs by Russian companies, including internal control procedures, refusal of preferences, open-bid procurement, financial control, training and work with personnel, law enforcement assistance and other measures.

FORTUM PJSC has been participating in the Charter since April 2014 (certificate No. 384), RUSNANO JSC and RUSNANO Management Company LLC joined in February 2015 (certificates No. 259 and No. 260, respectively).
